Mr. Guo Gengmao, the Secretary of Henan Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Henan provincial People's Congress, Zeng Xianqi, Chinese Ambassador to Luxembourg, Francois Bausch, the minister of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure Industry of Luxembourg attended the signing ceremony. And Cargolux CEO Dirk Reich presided over the ceremony. After the ceremony, the Henan delegation visited Cargolux.
